Christina Coscia is the heart behind Home Simplified, a Daniel Island -based company dedicated to helping families and homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces through expert home organization. As a mom of two, Christina understands the challenges of maintaining an organized home while juggling a busy life. That’s why she brings a real-life, family-friendly approach to every project making organization feel effortless and sustainable.

After years as a stay-at-home mom, Christina turned her passion for decluttering, design, and simplifying spaces into a thriving business. Within her first year, she was invited to appear on a TV pilot, and her largest project to date spanned an impressive 14,000 square feet. Whether working in luxury estates or active family households, Christina blends empathy and expertise to create homes that are not only organized but also calming and livable.

Giving Back to the Charleston Community

Christina is proud to give back to her community. She dedicates her time as a PTA Executive Board member and is always looking for ways to support and uplift Charleston families.

This February 2025, Home Simplified is honored to give back by donating an entire home organization package, valued at $9,500, to help a local charitable organization. More details will be shared this spring, along with a chance to bid on this exclusive auction item. A unique opportunity to support a wonderful cause in our community.
